Keystone Communities owns and operates land lease communities across Canada.

In land lease communities, also known as manufactured home communities, or mini home communities – residents own their manufactured homes and rent the land from Keystone.

Our communities are different from mobile home parks. Not having to pay for your land provides you with flexibility and affordability. We offer on-site professional management and great locations.

We pride ourselves on our high standard of service and provide our residents with affordable, clean, well maintained properties. In general, each community offers amenities such as playgrounds, walking paths, and green space.

The Keystone Advantage


A low monthly fee provides you with a large home site that typically includes garbage removal, snow removal and landscaping of common areas. Some properties may also have water and other amenities included in the fee. You will enjoy reduced insurance costs and property taxes compared to buying land along with your home.
